How To Apply

STEP 1　Choose Your Tour Package

Tell us: Choose from ① Golden Route Tour or ② Osaka to Hiroshima Tour(see Below)

• Number of days

• Number of people

• Travel dates

• Nationality
  (Optional: hotel class and any special interests)

STEP 2　Tour Detail Confirmation

We prepare an official tour confirmation document (itinerary outline, hotel class, key tickets).
Minor adjustments can be made here. Once you approve, we proceed to the deposit.

STEP 3　Tour Deposit Fee Payment

Amount: JPY ¥50,000 (approx. USD $500) per booking
Purpose: Secures hotel holds and key ticket reservations, and allows us to begin visa support paperwork
Credited: Fully deducted from your total tour fee
How to pay: Wise (international transfer), bank transfer, or credit card (processed via Wise)

After the deposit is received, we lock in reservations and start the visa documentation.

STEP 4　VISA Application

What we provide:

• Official Invitation Letter and required supporting papers (itinerary, company details, etc.)

• Guidance on your embassy submission

What you send us (now):

1. Passport copy

2. Flight ticket or reservation

3. Business card or certificate (if applicable)

Your next steps:

• Submit your application to the Japanese embassy/consulate in your country with the documents we provide, plus any items required by your local embassy (application form, photo, fees, etc.).

• Attend any appointments if required.

Note: Processing times and requirements vary by embassy. Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the embassy.

STEP 5　Remaining Payment & Enjoy Japan

Balance due: 3 weeks before your tour start date.
After final payment, we deliver your e-tickets/vouchers and guidebook. Our local support remains available throughout your trip.
