The planning fee is ¥5,000 (charged in advance). Additional fees vary depending on the customized tour content and will be quoted separately. Details are provided on each proposal or upon consultation.
Additional Costs
Depending on the customized tour content, additional charges will apply as quoted in each proposal. Other costs may include bank transfer fees, consumption tax, travel or accommodation expenses if required.
Payment Timing
The planning fee is charged in advance. Payment for the customized tour or service is required before the start of the service, as detailed in each agreement.

Service Provision Timing
Planning starts after the planning fee is paid. The customized tour or service is provided on the agreed date(s) after final payment.
Refunds/Cancellations
A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total contract amount is required. This deposit must be paid within two (2) weeks from the date of signing this contract. Full payment is required two (2) months prior to your start date.
In case of cancellation, a written notice of cancellation must be received by WakuWaku Ryoko at least 45 days prior to the arrival date. The following cancellation charges apply:

44 days or more before arrival: No charge

43 to 14 days before arrival: 20% of the total tour fare

13 to 8 days before arrival: 30% of the total tour fare

7 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour fare

3 to 2 days before arrival: 80% of the total tour fare

1 day before arrival: 90% of the total tour fare

On the day of service or in case of No-Show: 100% of the total tour fare
Please note that in the event of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances requiring the cancellation of the tour, refunds will not be issued.
Application Deadline
Applications are generally accepted up to 45 days prior to the desired start date, subject to availability. Please inquire for last-minute arrangements.
Sales Conditions
No special conditions apply. Each contract is concluded per individual booking.
