Planning and applications
A 45-minute online consultation is free. The planning fee is ¥5,000 and is paid in advance. Planning starts after payment. The price of your customized trip or service depends on the arrangements and is provided separately in your proposal.
Applications are generally accepted up to 45 days before the requested start date, subject to availability. Please contact us about last-minute arrangements.
Payment
A deposit of 50% of the total contract amount is due within two weeks of signing the contract. Full payment is due two months before the start date. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and bank transfer.
Additional charges depend on your trip and will be quoted in the proposal. Other costs may include bank transfer fees, consumption tax, or travel and accommodation expenses if required.
Cancellation
Please send written notice of cancellation to our team. The following charges apply to the total tour fare according to the number of days before arrival:

If adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstances require cancellation of the tour, refunds will not be issued.
