STEP 2 Online Meeting
We have a short online meeting to explain details and customize any parts to further adjust to you needs.
STEP 3 Tour Detail Confirmation
We prepare an official tour confirmation document (Price, itinerary outline, hotel class, key tickets).
Minor adjustments can be made here. Once you approve, we proceed to the deposit.
STEP 4 Tour Deposit Fee Payment
Amount: 50% of the total booking fee
How to pay:bank transfer(wire) or Credit card(Stripe or Wise)
After the deposit is received, we lock in reservations
STEP 5 Remaining Payment & Enjoy Japan
Balance due: 3 weeks before your tour start date.
After final payment, we deliver your e-tickets/vouchers and guidebook. Our local support remains available throughout your trip.
