Payment & Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required within 14 days of confirmation to secure your booking and begin arrangements.
The remaining balance (50%) is due 30 days before departure.
For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at confirmation.
Reservations are not guaranteed until payment is received.

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions etc.), refunds cannot be guaranteed.
We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer alternatives where possible.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation notice.
